Welcome to Charleston and to my website.   A luxury realtor,  I consider myself an advisor, giving you all the information you need to understand our city and in which area you and your family will be the happiest. I first send you a package of maps, home listings and an explanation of the areas...then take you for a tour explaining the history and diverse areas of Charleston.  Immediately you will recognize the ideal area for your lifestyle!

We then find an ideal home within your chosen area...paying close attention to the investment aspect of your purchase.  I negotiate the best price on your behalf, assist you in hiring an excellent home inspector, attorney, etc. I will recommend outstanding craftsmen if you need to personalize your home.

After your purchase and move, I am still here for you.  You may call me anytime to assist you in any way.  Charlestonians love their lives...and this great old city becomes more and more dear each year.  You will revel in the pleasure of living in this lovely place.  Here is a quick look at the areas you may choose:

Historic Downtown....from Battery Homes on the harbor in the millions (South of Broad) to homes and condos for College of Charleston, Citadel and MUSC students...great restaurants, shops, gardens and museums...you will walk through history among homes from the 1700's...jog along the Battery with the harbor breeze...dine in amazing places...visit historic sites and quaint shops...so much to do.

Mt Pleasant...an upscale boating community with outstanding neighborhoods with amenities, great schools, parks and easy access to the Wando River, the harbor and the Intracoastal Waterway.  Just 10 minutes from downtown via the new Ravenel Bridge.  The gateway to Isle of Palms & Sullivans Island.

Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes & Sullivans Island...pricey real estate within blocks of the Atlantic Ocean or oceanfront condos and homes in excess of $2 million.  Beautiful sunrises and moonlight over the ocean.  Can be crowded from day trippers and rentals in the summers.  Wild Dunes has golf courses and a marina.

Cainhoy, Awendaw & McClellanville...the rural areas north of Mt Pleasant...horse farms & river vistas near hwy 17...Bulls Bay Golf Course & Homes is exclusive and beautiful.  Next stops are Georgetown, Pawleys, Litchfield, Surfside and Myrtle Beach.

Daniel Island...a lovely, high end community just 15 minutes from downtown or Mt Pleasant via 526 on the Wando River.  Two very pricey golf courses, tennis, shops, boating and lovely, expensive homes.

West Ashley & James Island...south of downtown Charleston... older ranch homes in established neighborhoods...older waterfront homes, large retail areas...15 minutes to downtown via the Ashley River Bridge or James Island Bridge.  James Island is the gateway to Folly Beach via Folly Road.

Folly Beach is the surfers beach...artsy and fun.  Two lanes onto the island...sometimes crowded.. very colorful...always fun!  You will enjoy the county run Fishing Pier and funky shops and restaurants.

Kiawah & Seabrook...private beaches an hour from Charleston via two lane roads...drive across John's Island to get there...Johns Island has great horse farms and a rural setting.

 Summerville & Ladson...charming neighborhoods about 45 minutes up I-26 from Charleston...low prices.
